Integrated Logic has ventured into the Modular Home Industry through our partnership with Kauhale Development. In making the modular homes, we use pre-assembled components, with an easy assembly method, like putting a puzzle together section by section. These homes are about 80% prefabricated in the factories, transported, and assembled on site. Since all the components are built in one location, we can provide fewer delivery trips to sites.
